Launch
Idea to company
in 30 days.
Thesis, customers, entity, and a plan you can execute. The first month of every Vinyatan venture, run on a standard template.
Thesis memo
Two pages that say what the business is, who pays, and what would have to be true.
- Written in week one, revised as the calls come in
- Shared with every stakeholder before anything is funded
Customer conversations
Twenty conversations with the people who would pay, before a line of code is written.
- Interview guide and scheduling handled by an agent
- Transcripts synthesized into a decision, not a slide
Market map
Sizing, competitors, pricing, and the wedge nobody else is holding.
- Agents monitor the market from day one
- Updated weekly through launch
Entity and cap table
Standard entity, standard paper, standard vesting. Counsel reviews before any signatures.
- Incorporated from a template, not from scratch
- Banking, payments, and accounting connected in one session
The stop rule
If the thesis does not hold after validation, we stop and write down why.
- A written pass is a deliverable, not a failure
- Most ideas that stop come back sharper
Idea to company
What is included.
Interview guide
Ten questions that find the pain, the budget, and the current workaround. Scheduling handled by an agent.
Sizing model
Bottom-up numbers from customer counts and price points, not a percentage of a market-report figure.
Competitor grid
Who is in the market, what they charge, where they are weak, and what they shipped last quarter.
Pricing test
Three price points put in front of real prospects before launch, with the answers in the memo.
Name check
Domain, trademark, and social handles cleared before anyone gets attached to a name.
Entity template
One standard structure for every venture. Formation, operating agreement, and banking on a checklist.
Cap table
Founder, Entatan, and option pool on a standard split with vesting. Reviewed by counsel, then signed.
Kickoff plan
The first four sprints scoped and dated. Brand, product, launch site, and campaign on one calendar.
How it works
Step by step.
01
Pitch
Two pages through the Vinyatan form. We reply within a week with a pass or a call.
02
Validate
Two weeks of customer conversations, sizing, and pricing tests, ending in a thesis memo and a go or stop decision.
03
Incorporate
Entity, cap table, banking, and a four-sprint kickoff plan. Day 30, the build starts.

Questions
What should a pitch include?
The problem, who has it, how they solve it today, and why now. Two pages is enough. If you have customers who would take a call, say so. A deck is welcome but not required.
What happens if the idea does not validate?
We write a short memo explaining what we heard and where the thesis broke. You keep the memo, the interviews, and the market map. There is no fee for a stop, and many ideas come back in a sharper form.
Who owns the entity?
The founders and Entatan, on the split agreed in the pitch stage. The entity owns its code, brand, and accounts from day one. Nothing sits in Entatan's name that belongs to the venture.
Can I bring an existing company?
Yes. If you already have an entity and some traction, the first month focuses on validation and the kickoff plan rather than formation. Structures for existing companies are on the pricing page under ventures.
