Your data.
Your call.

Ask for a copy of your data, fix it, delete it, or tell us to stop using it for marketing. One form, verified against the details we already hold, answered within 30 days.

Your rights

What you can ask for

Five request types cover everything the law gives you and a few things it does not. Pick the closest one; we will sort out the rest.

Access your data

A readable, portable export of everything we hold on you, from forms, the client portal, or a venture product.

Correct your information

Fix a name, company, role, or contact detail that is wrong or out of date in our records or the client portal.

Delete your data

Remove your personal data from our systems, except what we must keep for contracts, invoices, or the law.

Opt out of marketing

Stop newsletters, event invitations, and retargeting. Messages about an active engagement or purchase continue.

Restrict or object

Limit how we use your data, object to a specific use, or withdraw consent you gave earlier, such as for a background check.

How it works

Three steps, no account needed

Most requests close in well under the 30-day window. Complex ones get a status update along the way.

01

Submit

Fill in the form: who you are, your relationship to Entatan, the request type, and what you need. If you are acting for someone else, say so.

02

Verify

We match the request against the email address or client-portal account tied to the data. Authorized agents attach proof of authority.

03

Respond

You get an answer within 30 days, or a note if we need up to 45. A refusal always comes with the reason and a way to appeal.

Questions

Who can make a request?

Anyone whose personal data we hold: website visitors, newsletter subscribers, partner staff, job applicants, and users of products built by our ventures. Authorized agents, parents, and guardians can request on someone's behalf with proof of authority.

How do you verify it is me?

We compare the details in your request with what we already hold, usually the email address or client-portal account attached to the data, and may ask a follow-up question. We do not ask for government ID unless the law requires it, and we never ask for a password.

What can you not delete?

Records we must keep by law or contract: invoices, signed agreements, tax records, and security logs. Data inside a partner's own systems belongs to that partner; ask them and we will help. Backups are purged on their normal cycle, typically within 30 days.

I use a product built by a Vinyatan venture. Is this the right place?

Usually, yes. Name the venture in the form and we will route the request. If the venture publishes its own privacy policy and portal, that one governs and we will point you to it. Either way you get an answer within the same 30-day window.

Not sure which type applies?

Locked out of the client portal, requesting for someone else, or not sure which type applies? Submit the form anyway and describe the situation. A person reads every request.
