1. About this list

This page lists the subprocessors Entatan LLC engages to process personal data on behalf of partners, as described in our Data Processing Addendum. We list providers by category. Specific vendor names for an engagement are provided in the statement of work or on request through the client portal. All providers are contracted under terms that restrict their use of data to the service they provide.

Format for each entry: category — purpose — location.

2. Infrastructure

5. Affiliates and contractors

Entatan has no affiliated entities as of the date above. Independent contractors who work on engagements do so under written confidentiality and data protection terms and are covered by this list rather than named individually.

6. Vinyatan products

Ventures we own, such as Soccial AI and the 48 States, One Cyberbeast campaign system, publish their own privacy policies and subprocessor information where they process end-user data directly. Those lists cover the same categories with product-specific providers.

7. Changes and notifications

We update this page at least 15 days before a new subprocessor begins processing partner data, and we notify client portal users of the change. Partners may object under the terms of the DPA. Questions go through the privacy portal or the client portal.
