1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and device identifiers. We use them to make the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. This policy covers entatan.com and the client portal. Vinyatan products publish their own.

We group cookies into four categories:

• Strictly necessary: required for the site and portal to function. Theme preference, consent choices, session tokens, and security checks. These cannot be switched off.
• Performance and analytics: help us count visits, see which pages are useful, and find errors. Collected in aggregate; IP addresses are truncated or not stored.
• Functional: remember choices such as a dismissed notice or the last service you viewed.
• Targeting and measurement: used only when we advertise our own services, to measure whether an ad led to a visit. Set only with your consent.

Names and lifetimes are indicative and may change as we update the site. Format: name, category, purpose, lifetime.

4. Third-party cookies

Some tools we use, such as analytics, error monitoring, and embedded media from social platforms, may set their own cookies. Those are governed by the provider's policies. We do not allow third parties to set advertising cookies on our site outside the measurement described above.

5. How to manage cookies

You can change consent choices at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer. Browsers also let you block or delete cookies; doing so may break sign-in or saved preferences. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out of targeting cookies.

6. Changes and questions

We update this policy when our tooling changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Questions go through the privacy portal or the contact form.
