Vinyatan · Ventures
New companies,
built and owned by Entatan.
Vinyatan is the studio line. We take an idea from a page to an incorporated company with a product, a brand, and distribution, and we keep a stake in what we build.

Idea to company
We pick ideas we can build and sell ourselves, validate them against real buyers, and incorporate when the signal is there.
- Written thesis and buyer interviews
- Entity, banking, and cap table set up
- Kill criteria agreed before the build
Brand and product
Product and brand are built by the same team in the same sprints, so the first release looks and works like a company.
- Two to four build sprints to first release
- Identity, site, and product from one token set
- Payments and analytics wired in at launch
Go-to-market
A launch is a system: a site, a channel, a broadcast, and a weekly review that decides what to scale.
- Launch site and waitlist before the product ships
- One paid or organic channel run properly
- Live on X from the first week
Operate
Agents run support, billing, and reporting so a venture can operate with a fraction of a team until it earns one.
- Support and billing agents from day one
- Weekly metrics review across the portfolio
- Shared infrastructure, per-venture accounts
Vinyatan
How a venture build works.
Idea to incorporated
Entity, banking, cap table, and a first operating plan in weeks, so the company exists before the product does.
Product in weeks, not quarters
The same sprint system we run for partners, pointed at our own roadmap with no client review cycle.
Brand from day one
Name, identity, site, and voice built with the product, not bolted on the week before launch.
Distribution built in
Every venture launches with a growth loop and a live presence on X, not a press release.
One shared production system
The Forge, our agents, tooling, and cadence, is shared across the portfolio. Each venture starts with the last one's infrastructure.
Equity, not invoices
We fund the build with our own time and take a stake. A venture pays Entatan nothing until it can.

Questions
Who owns a Vinyatan venture?
Entatan holds a stake in every venture it builds; the exact structure depends on who brings the idea and who runs it day to day. Co-founders who join a venture hold equity in that company, not in Entatan. Terms are written down before the first sprint.
Do you take outside ideas?
Yes, through the pitch form. We look for ideas we could build and distribute ourselves, in markets we understand, brought by someone who will keep working on them. A pitch is a conversation, not a submission: we reply to every serious one.
What do you look for?
A buyer we can reach, a product we can ship in a few sprints, a channel we already know how to run, and a founder or operator who wants to own it. Ideas that need a large team, a long regulatory path, or a market we cannot talk to are a poor fit.
How is Vinyatan different from Envinyatan?
Envinyatan is paid partner work: you own the company, we ship for it, and you pay in cash. Vinyatan is companies we start and own: we fund the build with our own time, keep a stake, and run the roadmap. The team and the production system are the same.
Can a venture keep working with Entatan after launch?
Yes. Once a venture can pay, it can buy sprints and retainers at the same terms as any partner, and it keeps access to The Forge. The goal is a company that can hire its own team, not a permanent dependency on ours.
Have an idea we should build?
Pitch it. We read every serious submission and reply to the ones that fit. Founders who want to talk first can reach us on X.
