Operate

Agents run support, billing, and reporting so a venture can grow before it has a team.

  • Support and finance agents from the first customer
  • A weekly operating dashboard shared with every stakeholder
  • Hiring only when a workflow outgrows an agent
what did the agents get through today?

Launch

Also in every engagement.

The parts that are not a headline but decide whether the work holds up.

Thesis memo

Two pages on the market, the wedge, the customer, and what would have to be true. Written before anything else is funded.

Incorporation and cap table

Standard entity, equity split, and vesting terms. No custom paper for the first version. Counsel reviews before anyone signs.

Product in sprints

The first release ships through the same two-week sprint system as partner work, with the venture as the customer.

Brand system

Name, mark, tokens, and voice in 72 hours so the launch site, the product, and the ads all speak the same language.

Launch campaign

Site, waitlist, creative, and a first paid test scheduled for launch day. Broadcast production when the story warrants it.

Operating dashboard

Revenue, costs, customers, and agent activity on one page, reviewed weekly with the founding team.

How it runs

From brief to production.

The same three moves on every engagement, so you always know what happens next.

01

Pitch

Send the idea through the Vinyatan form. Two pages is plenty. We reply within a week with a pass or a call.

02

Validate

Two weeks of customer conversations, sizing, and a thesis memo. If it does not hold, we stop and say why.

03

Build

Brand, product, and launch site in two to four sprints, with the founding team in the portal every day.

04

Launch and operate

Campaign live, agents running operations, and a weekly review. Entatan stays on as the operating partner.

By the numbers

Measured, not promised.

Questions

Straight answers about Launch engagements.

What does Entatan take in a venture?

Equity or a revenue share, agreed before work starts. The split depends on who brings the idea, the capital, and the operating load. Standard structures are on the pricing page, and every deal is papered by counsel before anyone builds.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need to know the customer and the problem. We bring engineering, creative, growth, and operations. Founders who are technical usually take the product lead, and we fill in around them.

What kinds of ideas do you take on?

Software and software-enabled businesses where a small team with agents can reach revenue quickly: vertical SaaS, tools for operators, campaigns and media properties, and marketplaces with a clear wedge. We pass on ideas that need large capital before the first customer.

How is this different from an agency building my MVP?

We own part of the outcome, so we build for the business rather than the invoice. The same team stays on through launch and operations, and the venture gets the agents, playbooks, and production system we use for our own companies.

What have you launched so far?

Three ventures are live in 2026: Soccial AI, an AI that runs social campaigns and turns followers into paying customers; a cross-country campaign site with its own live broadcast system; and a purpose-built broadcast studio app. Details and status are on the Vinyatan page.

Have an idea?

Pitch it. Two pages, no deck required. We reply within a week.
