Ship like a team of twenty
on the burn of two.
Product, brand, launch site, and a first growth loop from one team, in sprints you can afford before the round closes.

What breaks
Where the time goes.
The three problems we hear most from startups teams.
Runway is measured in sprints
Every week without a product is a week of burn. Agencies quote in quarters and hiring takes longer than that.
Founders are doing five jobs
Engineering, design, brand, ads, and ops each want a specialist. Most seed teams have one or two people.
The prototype becomes the product
Demo code shipped in a rush turns into a rewrite at Series A, right when growth matters most.
What we run
The plays.
The same sprint system, tuned for this industry.
MVP in weeks
Two sprints from spec to a deployable product on a stack you can own, with tests, runbooks, and no lock-in.
Brand before launch
Identity, tokens, and a voice guide built alongside the product, so the app and the site read as one company.
Launch site and waitlist
A fast, measured site with the waitlist, pricing, and analytics wired in on day one.
First growth loop
One channel run properly, paid, content, or outbound, with a weekly review that decides what to scale.
Data from day one
Events, a warehouse, and a dashboard you can drop into a board deck without a week of prep.

Use cases
How teams use it
Ship an MVP in weeks
A real product in front of real users inside a few two-week sprints. We cut scope to the one workflow that proves the idea, build it properly, and instrument it so you learn from day one.
Launch a site that loads fast and converts
A marketing site or campaign page built as a product: fast, measured, and easy to change. From brand to live in a sprint, with the analytics and forms already wired.
Build a brand identity in days
Name, wordmark, type, color, voice, and the system that keeps them consistent — delivered as files your team and your tools can use, not a deck that sits in a folder.
Questions
Can we afford this before we raise?
Sprints are fixed-price and scoped to what moves the round. Most pre-seed teams start with one or two. The pricing page lists the tiers. If a sprint is out of reach, Vinyatan is a different conversation about building together for equity.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything ships to your repositories, your cloud accounts, and your domains from the first commit. We hold no keys you cannot revoke, and the handoff includes runbooks and tests so your next hire can pick it up.
What if we already have a technical founder?
Good. We pair with them. The technical founder sets the stack and reviews every pull request; we add throughput. Most founders keep shipping alone after handoff using the agent workflows we leave in the repo.
Do you take equity from partners?
Not for Envinyatan work. Partner engagements are paid in cash, and you keep your cap table. Equity is how the Vinyatan line works, for companies we start ourselves. If you want to pitch us on co-founding, use the Vinyatan pitch form.
