Open source
Tools we build,
in the open.
Small, sharp libraries pulled out of The Forge. Use them, fork them, tell us what broke.
ChanceRobertson/agent-evals
Regression tests for AI agents. Record a run once, replay it against a new prompt or model, and diff the outcome before you deploy.
- · Fixtures are plain JSON, reviewable in a pull request
- · Scores tool calls, final output, and cost per run
- · Fails CI on regressions above a threshold you set
ChanceRobertson/brand-tokens
One tokens file in. CSS variables, a Tailwind theme, and a design-tool export out. Keeps the brand identical in code, decks, and ads.
- · Light and dark themes from a single source
- · Generates type-safe token names for TypeScript
- · Watch mode for live updates during design reviews
ChanceRobertson/ads-ledger
Pull spend, clicks, and conversions from ad platforms into one Postgres table you own. The starting point for every growth dashboard we build.
- · Adapters for the major paid social and search platforms
- · Idempotent daily syncs, safe to re-run
- · Schema documented and versioned with migrations
How we open source
Extracted, not invented
We release what we already run. That keeps the repositories small and the maintenance honest.
Extracted from real work
Every project here ran inside a partner engagement or a venture first. If it is not useful to us, it is not published.
Boring dependencies
Standard runtimes, permissive licenses, no framework lock-in. You should be able to read the whole thing in an afternoon.
Maintained while we use it
We fix what we hit and review pull requests weekly. When we stop using a tool, we say so in the readme.
Something broken?
Open an issue on GitHub or send a DM on X. Pull requests are welcome and reviewed weekly.
