What we look for

A specific customer with a painful problem they already pay to solve.
A wedge we can ship in one two-week sprint.
Distribution we can reach with software and ads, not a sales floor.
A partner who will still be there in year three.

What happens next

A reply within a week.
A call to pressure-test the customer, the wedge, and the numbers.
A build plan: first sprint, equity or revenue-share terms, launch date.
Kickoff, or a clear no with reasons.
