Envinyatan

How a partner engagement works.

Your repos, your accounts

Code lands in your repositories and runs in your cloud. Ad spend runs in your ad accounts. Nothing is held at handoff.

Sprints, not statements of work

Two-week sprints with a fixed price and a demo at the end. Extend, pause, or stop after any one of them.

One team, every discipline

The engineer, the creative, and the growth lead sit in the same channel and ship against the same brief.

Agents with receipts

Every agent we deploy logs what it read, what it changed, and how to undo it. You can audit any action.

Measured end to end

Tracking is in place before the feature or campaign ships. Results are reported against margin, retention, and time saved.

Senior people, model-speed output

Small senior teams working on The Forge, our production system, instead of large junior ones billing by the hour.

Step by step

From first call to shipped.

01

Enquire

Tell us what you are building and what is in the way. A founder-level conversation within a few days, not a discovery workshop.

02

Scope a sprint

We return a written scope, a fixed price, and a demo date within 48 hours of that call.

03

Ship

Two weeks of work in your accounts with a shared channel, daily notes, and a working demo at the end.

04

Review and extend

Look at the numbers together. Extend into the next sprint, move to a retainer, or stop with everything in your hands.

Questions

What size of company do you work with?

Seed-stage startups through established companies with a few hundred people. The common thread is a decision-maker who can approve a sprint in a week, not a procurement cycle. If you need a vendor onboarding process, the partner terms and DPA are on the legal page.

How is this different from an agency?

Agencies scale by adding people; we scale by running The Forge, our production system of agents and tooling, with a small senior team. Work is scoped in sprints with a fixed price, ships into your accounts, and is measured against your numbers rather than our hours.

How do you use AI on our work?

Openly. Agents draft, test, and generate; senior people review, decide, and own the result. Your data stays in your accounts and is never used to train anything. The principles page describes the rules we hold ourselves to on every engagement.

Who owns the code and the creative?

You do, from the first commit and the first export. We deliver into your repositories, your cloud, your ad accounts, and your brand folders, and we hold no keys you cannot revoke. Handoff includes runbooks, tests, and source files.

How do we start?

Submit the enquiry form with what you are building and what is in the way. We reply within a few business days, hold one call, and send a written scope with a fixed price and a demo date. If you prefer a faster answer, DM @chancerobertson on X.
