Creative volume that paid for itself

Rebuilt the paid social engine around weekly creative drops and a measurement stack the founders could read. Spend went up; cost per order went down.

Services: Grow, Create · 90 days

The challenge

The brand had a product people loved and an ad account nobody trusted. Two hero videos had run for months, frequency was climbing, and cost per acquisition had roughly doubled. Reporting lived in three dashboards that disagreed with each other.

The approach

  1. Creative system: a brand kit, a hook library, and a weekly cadence of thirty-plus ad variants across static, UGC-style, and motion.
  2. Rebuilt tracking with server-side events and a single attribution view tied to actual order margin.
  3. Consolidated campaigns into a few broad audiences with creative doing the targeting.
  4. Weekly growth review: kill the bottom variants, scale the top ones, and brief next week's concepts from the data.

“We stopped arguing about which dashboard was right and started arguing about which ad to scale.”
