What breaks

Where the time goes.

The three problems we hear most from e-commerce & dtc teams.

Creative fatigues every week

The same three ads run until frequency climbs and cost per order follows. New creative arrives slower than the platform burns it.

Acquisition keeps getting more expensive

Platform changes and thinner attribution make last year's playbook cost more every quarter.

Ops runs on a pile of apps

Inventory, returns, support, and reviews each live in a plugin. Nobody has the full picture, and staff re-enter data between them.

What we run

The plays.

The same sprint system, tuned for this industry.

Ad creative at volume

Thirty-plus variants a week across static, motion, and UGC-style, produced from a brand kit and briefed from the numbers.

Paid social and search

Broad audiences, creative-led targeting, and one attribution view tied to order margin rather than platform-reported returns.

Lifecycle email and SMS

Welcome, post-purchase, winback, and replenishment flows written in your voice and tested against revenue per send.

Storefront engineering

Shopify themes and headless builds that load fast on phones, with checkout and subscription logic you control.

Ops agents

Agents that handle order status, returns, and review responses in the helpdesk you already use, with a receipt for every action.

Questions

Do you work inside our existing ad accounts?

Yes. We operate as a partner in your ad accounts, pixels, and billing. History stays with you, nothing moves to an agency account, and you can remove our access the day the engagement ends.

How do you measure results?

Against margin, not platform dashboards. We set up server-side events first, agree on one attribution view, and report cost per order and contribution margin weekly. If the numbers do not move, the review says so.

Can creative and media be separate engagements?

They can. Some brands bring their own media buyer and take a creative retainer; some do the reverse. They compound when run together under one weekly review, which is how most of our e-commerce partners work with us.

Which platforms do you build on?

Shopify first, headless with Next.js when the store needs it. We integrate with the email, SMS, helpdesk, and subscription tools you already run rather than moving you to new ones.

Sell more per dollar of spend.

Bring the ad account and the margin sheet. We come back with a creative plan, a measurement fix, and a first-month target.
