For launches that are stories, we run a purpose-built broadcast system on X Live.

  • Studio software built in-house for one job
  • Clips, cutdowns, and posts produced during the stream

How it works

Step by step.

01

Plan

Calendar, channels, and budgets agreed while the product is still in sprint one.

02

Warm up

Site, waitlist, and content live early so launch day has an audience waiting.

Questions

When does go-to-market work start?

In sprint one, alongside the product. The launch site goes live first, the waitlist starts collecting, and the creative kit is built from the brand system while the product is still being written.

Who pays for launch media?

The venture does, from its own ad accounts. Budgets are agreed in the launch plan and start small. Spend scales only where the first week's numbers justify it.

Do all launches get a broadcast?

No. A live broadcast makes sense when the launch is itself a story people would watch. Most ventures launch with a site, a campaign, and paid tests. We advise on which kind of launch you have.

What does the launch review cover?

Traffic, conversion, cost per acquisition by channel, early retention, and what customers said. It ends with decisions: what to scale, what to stop, and what the next sprint should change.

Plan the launch

Every venture launches with a site, a campaign, and a review. Pitch yours.
