Questions
Does this work with Shopify Plus?
Yes. Plus opens checkout extensibility, B2B, and scripts that we use for larger stores. Standard plans get the same theme, agent, and growth work within the limits of the plan.
What access do you need?
A custom app with read scopes for orders, customers, and products, plus write scopes only for the actions you approve. Theme work uses a staff account. Every scope is listed in the agreement.
Can agents change orders?
Only if you allow it, and only with approval on each action by default. Read-only is the starting point. Refunds, edits, and cancellations wait for a person in Slack or the portal.
What about the apps we already use?
We work with them. Reviews, subscriptions, loyalty, and email apps stay in place. If one is costing more than it returns, the weekly review will say so with the number.
