Build

Scope on Monday.
Demo in two weeks.

Sprint mode is how we build: fixed scope, fixed price, and a working deploy at the end of every two-week cycle. Works for new products and existing codebases.

Scope

One call, then a written spec with a fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  • Screens, data model, and acceptance criteria in one document
  • A cut line: what ships this sprint, what waits

Sprint

Ten working days with daily notes in the portal and a preview deploy on every pull request.

  • Agents handle the volume, engineers handle the calls
  • Blockers surface the day they appear, not at the demo

Ship

A demo, a production deploy, and a changelog entry. The next sprint is decided on the same call.

  • Docs and runbooks included in the deliverable
  • Stop, pause, or continue with no notice period

Sprint mode

What is included.

Landing sites

Marketing sites, launch pages, and docs. Static, fast, and editable by your team by the end of sprint one.

Internal tools

Admin panels, approval flows, and back-office apps with real state and permissions wired up from the start.

Customer-facing apps

Web and mobile products with auth, billing, and analytics. A sprint gets you a usable slice, not a prototype.

Data and dashboards

Pipelines from your systems into live charts and filterable views your operators can use the day they ship.

How it works

Step by step.

01

Scope

Tell us what you need. Within three days you have a written spec, a fixed price, and a start date.

02

Sprint

Two weeks of building with daily notes and preview links. You review in the portal whenever you want.

03

Ship

Demo, deploy, changelog. Then decide whether the next sprint starts Monday.

10

working days per sprint

3

days from call to written scope

1

fixed price, agreed before work starts

Questions

What fits in one sprint?

A landing site with a CMS. An internal tool with auth and three or four screens. A usable slice of a customer-facing product. A data pipeline and a dashboard. If a request does not fit, we split it and tell you which half ships first.

What if scope changes mid-sprint?

Small changes are absorbed. Anything that moves the cut line gets written down and scheduled for the next sprint. The current sprint keeps its scope so the demo date holds.

Can sprints run back to back?

Yes. Most products run four to eight consecutive sprints, and the decision to continue is made at each demo. Nothing is locked in beyond the sprint you have paid for.

What do you need from me?

A decision maker who can answer questions within a day, access to the systems we are building against, and about an hour a week for the demo and planning call. Everything else is on us.
