Entatan for Shopify
A packaged engagement for Shopify stores: storefront engineering, agents for support and operations, creative, and performance marketing, run by one team from one backlog.
Today we are launching Entatan for Shopify, the first of our integration engagements. It is everything we do, scoped for a store on Shopify: storefront and app engineering, agents for support and operations, creative, and paid media, run by one team from one backlog.
We are starting with Shopify because it is where most of the e-commerce teams we talk to already are, and because the platform suits the way we work. Good APIs, a strong theme architecture, and an app model that lets us ship custom logic without forking the store.
What is included
- Storefront engineering. Custom theme work, headless builds where they earn it, checkout extensions, and performance work measured in seconds off the load time.
- Apps and integrations. Private apps for the logic your store needs and the platform does not have: bundles, subscriptions, wholesale, inventory rules.
- Agents. The support triage, ops reconciler, review responder, and reporting analyst from the Agent library, connected to your store, help desk, and warehouse.
- Creative. Product photography direction, ad creative, and email templates inside your brand system.
- Paid media and lifecycle. Paid social and search, lifecycle email and SMS, and the weekly growth review that decides where the next dollar goes.
How it starts
Every Shopify engagement starts with a sprint we call the store audit. Two weeks. We instrument the funnel end to end, fix the things losing you money today, and produce a prioritised backlog for what comes next. Most stores find enough in the audit sprint to pay for it. Some find enough to stop there.
- Week one. Analytics and tracking corrected, site speed measured and fixed where cheap, cart and checkout reviewed, the top ten support ticket categories analysed.
- Week two. The two highest-value fixes shipped, the first agent running in shadow mode, and the backlog presented with a number next to every item.
Then what
After the audit, most partners move to a retainer that covers engineering, agents, and media together. The alternative is sprint by sprint. Either way the review is weekly and the number is the same: contribution margin after media, not revenue.
Who it is for
Stores doing enough volume that a one-point change in conversion or a one-day change in support response time is worth real money, with a small team that is tired of managing three vendors. If you are earlier than that, the playbooks will get you a long way, and we are happy to point you at the right ones.
Coming next
Integration engagements for HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Slack follow. Each takes the same shape: the parts of Entatan that fit the platform, scoped, priced, and started with an audit sprint.
