Hiring: open roles across engineering, marketing, and ventures

Entatan is hiring. We have kept the team deliberately small through the first eight months, and the ventures and partner work have now outgrown it. Open roles are on the careers page. This post is about who we want and what the job is actually like.

Who we are looking for

People who ship. Every role at Entatan, including the creative and growth roles, is measured on things that went live. We are looking for people who have built something end to end, who are comfortable with models writing the first draft, and who want to be responsible for the whole result rather than a slice of it.

• Engineers who have run production systems and want to spend their time on design and edge cases instead of boilerplate.
• Agent engineers who think evaluation sets are more interesting than prompts.
• Designers who can go from positioning to a shipped brand system without a handoff in between.
• Growth people who read the pull request before they write the ad.
• Operators who want to run a venture from the inside.

How the work is set up

Everyone works in The Forge. The environment, the agents, the review cadence, and the demo on day ten are the same whether you are on a partner sprint or a venture. It also means you work across disciplines by default. An engineer here sits in the growth review. A designer here reads the eval report.

We are based in Utah. Most roles are hybrid and some are remote within the US. We are in person for sprint demos, Build Weekend, and the weeks when a venture launches.

How the process runs

1. Apply on the careers page with a link to something you shipped. A repo, a campaign, a brand, a company. The form takes ten minutes.
2. A thirty-minute call with the founder about the work you have done and the work we are doing.
3. A paid two-day working session on a real problem from our backlog, with the agents and tooling you would use on the job.
4. A decision within a week of the session, with feedback either way.

The working session is the interview. We do not do whiteboard puzzles or take-home projects that get thrown away. You work on something real, with us, and we both know quickly whether it fits.
