Changelog: what shipped this summer
Two ventures, a public agent library, playbooks, pricing, and the first integration engagement. A summary of what Entatan shipped from June to August.
We keep a public changelog of what ships across Entatan projects each week. This is the summer in one post: June through August, in the order it happened, with what we learned at the end.
June
- Pricing published. Sprints, retainers, and venture structures, with a comparison table and FAQs.
- 48 States, One Cyberbeast went live: campaign site, supporter system, and live broadcast pipeline.
- Cyberstudio moved from an internal tool to the second Vinyatan venture.
- The reporting analyst agent shipped a weekly report format that every retainer now uses.
- Sprint handover docs are now generated from commit history and reviewed by a person before delivery.
July
- Playbooks launched with eight guides across engineering, marketing, creative, and ventures.
- Entatan for Shopify launched, with the audit sprint as the entry point.
- Agent library: the ops reconciler and invoice chaser moved from beta to available.
- The Forge gained per-project evaluation dashboards, so every agent change shows its eval score before it ships.
- The landing page template hit a sub-second load on every page we measured, and the playbook was updated with the checks.
August
- Build Weekend announced. Applications open.
- The code reviewer agent now enforces repo conventions from a checked-in file instead of a prompt.
- The client portal moved to a sign-in placeholder ahead of the full release.
- A status page launched for The Forge and the ventures.

What we learned
Three things stand out. First, publishing pressure works. Pricing, playbooks, and the agent library each improved more in the week before they went public than in the month before that. We are going to keep shipping in public.
Second, the ventures pull the partner work forward. The broadcast system forced improvements to The Forge that every partner sprint now uses. The self-check the broadcast pipeline runs before every go-live became the pattern for every agent that has to check its own output before it acts.
Third, the weekly review is the product. It is the part of an engagement partners mention most: one number on the board every week, and a decision made against it. Everything else we ship exists to make that meeting shorter and better informed.
What is next
The autumn roadmap is more integration engagements, a public release of the client portal, and the ventures growing up. We will keep the changelog weekly and write another summary like this at the end of the year.
