Entatan LLC is an AI-native software engineering and marketing company founded in 2026 and based in Utah. One team spans engineering, AI agents, creative, growth, and ventures. We work with existing companies through Envinyatan and build companies we own through Vinyatan. The founder is Chance Robertson.

Both are Quenya-inspired names. Envinyatan means renewal: work we do with existing companies to rebuild products, automate operations, or grow revenue. Vinyatan means new: companies we start and own a stake in. The same team, tooling, and playbooks serve both lines.

Yes, throughout. We use coding agents, model APIs, and generative tooling for creative and content, with people setting direction and reviewing output before anything ships. Our Principles page explains how we use AI responsibly, and the Partner FAQ explains where partner data goes.

For partner engagements, you own the deliverables once they are paid for: code, brand assets, creative, and content. We keep our reusable tooling and playbooks and license you to use whatever is embedded in your deliverables. Vinyatan products remain ours. Details are in the Partner terms.

Not always. Models make mistakes, and generated content can be confidently wrong. We review outputs before delivery and build evals into agent deployments, but you should validate anything that affects legal, financial, health, or safety decisions before relying on it.

We collect what forms, the portal, and analytics need to function, and nothing more. We do not sell personal information and do not train models on it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.

No. Form submissions, pitches, portal content, and partner data are used only to respond to you and deliver the engagement. Our model providers are contracted under terms that prohibit training on our inputs.

Use the privacy portal to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, or to opt out of marketing. We verify requests against the email or portal account associated with the data and respond within 30 days. Authorized agents can request on someone's behalf with proof of authority.
