Launch Night is where we show our work. Once a quarter, the founders of our ventures and the partner teams we build with stand up in front of a room in Utah and a livestream on X and demo what shipped since the last one. Every demo runs on a public URL. Every number on screen is a real one from a real dashboard.
The format is deliberately short. Demos run five to eight minutes. Questions come from the room and from the stream, and we answer the hard ones on air. Between segments, founders in the audience get three minutes each to pitch a venture to Vinyatan and hear what we think, live.
It is free to attend and free to watch. If you cannot be in Utah, the stream covers everything except the open floor. If you can, stay afterwards. The most useful conversations of the night happen at the tables after the cameras are off.

Founders run their demos on the house setup while the room fills. Nothing gets shown that has not been run on the venue network first.

Chance opens with the quarter in three minutes: what shipped across The Forge, the ventures, and the partner backlog, and what did not.
- 6:10 PMVinyatan demos
Venture founders show what changed since the last Launch Night. New features, new numbers, and the things that broke along the way.
- 6:50 PMEnvinyatan demos
Partner teams show the products and agents we shipped together. Partners decide what is public, and some demos stay off the stream.
- 7:25 PMLightning pitches
Founders in the room get three minutes each to pitch a venture to Vinyatan. Direct feedback on air. No follow-up is promised on the night.

Anything about the demos, the ventures, or how we work. We pull questions from X replies and answer the hard ones first.
- 8:15 PMStream ends
The replay stays up on X. Anyone who demoed gets a clip of their segment to share the same night.

Questions
Who can attend?
Anyone. Founders, operators, engineers, marketers, and people deciding whether to work with us. Seats in Utah are limited and go to people who register first. The livestream on X has no cap and covers everything except the open floor.
Is it free?
Yes, in person and online. We cover the space, the stream, and the food. There is nothing to buy on the night and no pitch to sit through, other than the ones founders volunteer to give.
Can I demo?
Demo slots go to Vinyatan ventures and Envinyatan partners with something that shipped this quarter. If you are neither yet, the lightning pitch is the way in. Pitch for the next edition through the Vinyatan form and we will tell you if there is a slot.
What if I cannot be in Utah?
Watch the stream on X. Every demo, the opening, the pitches, and the questions are on it, and the replay stays up afterwards. Questions asked in the replies during the stream are answered on air alongside the room.
When is the next one?
Launch Night runs once a quarter. The date is announced on the News page and on X about six weeks ahead, and registration opens at the same time. Send a DM to @chancerobertson on X if you want a reminder.
