How we hire

Apply with work. A resume is optional; a link to something you built is not.
Intro call: thirty minutes with the hiring lead.
Working session: two to three paid hours on a real problem, with our tools.
Offer within a week of the session, or a written reason.

What to prepare

A link that shows the work, not a description of it.
What you shipped, what you would do differently, and what you want to do next.
Where you are based and the arrangement you want. Hybrid roles need Utah on Mondays and Fridays.
Questions for us. We answer them on the first call.
