Bug triager
Bug triager watches the channels where problems get reported. When something looks like a defect, it gathers the thread, attempts to reproduce the path in a browser against staging, captures what it sees, and files a structured issue: steps, expected versus actual, environment, network notes, and the code area most likely involved. Duplicates are linked rather than filed again. Engineers start from a reproduction instead of a rumor.

Bug triager
by Entatan · Picks up bug reports from support and chat, reproduces them on staging, and files an issue with steps, screenshots, and a likely cause.
What it does
The tasks this agent handles on its own, and where it stops for a person.
- Collects reports from support, chat, and forms
- Reproduces the path in a browser on staging
- Captures screenshots, console output, and network traces
- Files structured issues and links duplicates
- Suggests the likely code area from the stack trace
Where it plugs in
Runs under scoped credentials in the tools you already use. Every action is logged with an undo path.

What changes
Outcomes partners see in the first month, measured against the metric the team already reports.
- Every bug arrives with a reproduction
- Duplicate reports collapse into one issue
- Engineers spend their time fixing, not asking for details
